Your cycle

Four phases, four different bodies

Your hormones rise and fall in a pattern that repeats every month. Understanding it changes what you expect of yourself each week.

The map

A full cycle, start to finish

The day ranges are based on a 28-day cycle. Yours can run from 21 to 35 days and still be normal — the app fits the phases to your actual length.

  • Days 1–5

    Menstrual

    Clear out and restore

The body in renewal mode. It clears out, rests and gets ready to start from zero — and it has very concrete reasons for asking you to slow down.

  • Days 6–13

    Follicular

    Build and produce

Energy comes back and the body starts to build. This is the phase where everything gets produced — and food can power that process from within.

  • Days 14–16

    Ovulatory

    Peak production

Peak energy, clarity and social openness. The body is at its peak — and in a few days it will start metabolizing everything it produced.

  • Days 17–28

    Luteal

    Metabolize and prepare

The longest phase of the cycle. The body metabolizes and gets ready to reset — and it has very concrete reasons for asking you for more calm and more food.

This is information, not a diagnosis

What you read here describes general tendencies of the menstrual cycle. It does not replace advice from a health professional, and there are situations — pregnancy, PCOS, endometriosis, hormonal medication — where it is worth checking before changing how you eat.
